Takeaways

Impact:

This app will fill the market gap and allow parents to buy quality toys for their kids without disturbing their routines. Additionally, it will also be beneficial in terms of a business point of view and it will generate revenue by selling toys online.

Lessons Learned:

  1. UX Research is very important to understand users’ pain points. In fact, it’s the sole part of the design process, which could turn insights into opportunities.
  2. Iterations are also necessary to meet end users’ needs and make your design smooth and interactive.

Next steps

  1. Conduct another round of usability studies or design critique sessions to validate whether the pain points have been addressed or not.
  1. Conduct more user research to determine any new areas to improve the current design.
